Elena Group Bulgaria is a company that has proven its drive for development over the years.

Given the high demands and market dynamics, we have relied on high-tech equipment, our own in-house laboratory, trained personnel with over 15 years of experience in the production of packaging for the food and flavor industry, as well as trusted business relationships with leading European and global manufacturers of raw materials, supplies, and equipment. In order to meet customer needs, it is important for us to offer not only high-quality products but also highly skilled services such as:

LACQUERING OF ALUMINUM TECHNICAL FOIL;
PRINTING ON ALUMINUM AND PLASTIC FOILS;
DIE-CUTTING.

An integral part of our products is the Quality Certificate, and thanks to the implemented quality management systems HACCP; ISO 9001:2015 and BRCGS GLOBAL STANDARD FOR PACKAGING MATERIALS ISSUE 6: AUGUST 2019, we control every step of the production processes of laccquering, printing and die-cutting.

The only organization in Bulgaria with a complete cycle for the production of aluminum lids, consisting of the following workshops:

LACQUERING;
PRINTING;
DIE-CUTTING.

COMPANY HISTORY

1994 year

”Elena Ivanova – Ivan Ivanov” ET was established with main commercial activity.
1995 year

The first two punching machines were purchased from Serdika Sofia.
1997 year

"ROSA" JSC, whose core business is the production and trade of sunflower oil, has been acquired.
1997 year

During this period, the company was one of Danone Bulgaria's suppliers.
1998 year

"TOP Konserv" SJC, whose core business is the production and trade of dried fruits and vegetables, has been acquired.
2002 year

"Elena Group" SLC was established, with its core business being agriculture and grain trading. "Rosa" JSC's additional business activity consists of services provided by the "White Horse and Paradise" hotel complex.
2007 year

An industrial zone has been acquired and utilized, the town of Popovo, fully satisfying the needs of the individual business structures.
2008 - 2009 year

A lacquering line has been acquired with the help of European funding.
2012 year

Operational household foil production facility.
2014 year

Purchased equipment for the production of PVC plastisols and an adapted facility.
2016 year

Printing press purchased and production premises put into use.
2018 year

Repeated improvements and technical upgrades to the stamping workshop.
2019 year

The company "ELENA LOGISTICS" SLC was established, with its primary business activity being the provision of domestic and international transport services.

The "ELENA INVESTMENT HOLDING" structure has been established.
